What is an Office

It’s your operations hub in Creatifornia. With your Office, you can activate all the businesses you want: Embassy, Shop, Studio, and Club.

How many businesses can I have in my Office?

By default, we’ll activate Embassy for you. After that, you can open Shop, Studio, and Club—either individually, combined, or all together.

How much does it cost to create an Office in Creatifornia?

Opening your Office—as well as any of the businesses—is free, now and forever. You don’t need a credit card, and you only pay Creatifornia when you receive a payment in your businesses.

Creatifornia’s fees?

STRIPE: When you receive a payment in any of your businesses, you’re responsible for Stripe’s transaction fee. This may vary by country, currency conversion, or additional Stripe services you use in your Stripe Dashboard.
- Example: For US Offices, it’s 2.9% + USD 0.30. Check stripe.com/pricing for details.
CREATIFORNIA: Our commission system is based on a higher fee for your first income of the month and a lower fee for all other transactions.
- Your first sale of the month: $5.49 USD
- All other sales of the month: $2.49 USD per transaction

Is it available in my country?

You can see the list of available countries to open an Office in the registration section. You must be fiscally established in your chosen country.

Note: Available countries for opening an Office are not the same as countries eligible to receive payments. You can receive payments from anywhere in the world, since Creatifornia is a Stripe-based platform.

If your country isn’t listed, you may consider obtaining a tax identification number in one of the available countries.

What is an Embassy?

It’s your control center for what happens when someone arrives in Creatifornia through you. It’s your personal Home Page on Creatifornia. Whenever you share your businesses with your followers, you should direct them through your Embassy Home Page.

What happens when someone enters Creatifornia through my Embassy?

They become your Tourist (your customer). Their experience on the platform will be based on your Office and business settings. For example:

If you have a Shop, your Tourists will see your prices, stock, shipping rates, and tax rates—and can only buy from you.
Your Tourists can upgrade to Citizens and unlock premium benefits, but they can only upgrade by paying you directly.

What can I configure in my Embassy?

You can set up Citizen plans for your Tourists, tailored to your Office and business needs. Some examples:

If you have a Shop, your Citizen plan could offer a discount managed by you.
If you have a Studio, your Citizen plan could grant free access to your creations in Shops.
If you have a Club, your Citizen plan could provide unlimited access to your experiences.

You can easily configure the benefits you offer for each of your businesses directly from your Embassy.

Citizen plans don’t just include your custom benefits—Creatifornia also offers exclusive perks for Citizens, such as discounts across all Studios on the platform.

How many Tourists and Citizens can I register in my Embassy?
